Miracle Made was an established DTC brand with strong direct-response performance, but a fragmented visual identity and a cluttered, overly promotional site experience. The opportunity was to bring clarity and cohesion to how the brand showed up—elevating the overall look and feel while improving how the product was understood and sold.

I led the brand refresh and creative direction for a full Shopify redesign, defining a more intentional visual system and a clearer messaging framework. The work was grounded in customer insight, with those learnings shaping both copy and design—from messaging hierarchy to page structure and visual clarity. The result was a more cohesive, elevated experience that balanced storytelling with conversion, bringing the product’s value into focus and creating a foundation for scale.
